I was also involved in fundraising activities (200k pre-seed). I designed and built a SaaS platform with the aim of simplyfing Kubernetes management across clouds and tenants. We released our klab-cli OSS project as part of our open-core strategy. In the end we failed to find the PMF before running out of cash and so we had to step back with lots of lessons learned.

I improved the reliability and security of the product by developing document management and signature processes in modern Java 11. Created a fully automated process for infrastructure provisioning via Terraform, automated deployment via Jenkins, ArgoCD, Flux and Spinnaker. I've designed delivery and incident management processes while working closely with cross functional teams spanning from sales to legal. I held internal courses to educate engineering teams on DevOps culture and processes. I spent 2 years leading the GoSign on-call service with 24/7 availability and solved over 200 critical production incidents (severity 1), saving millions of euros for the company. Deleted over 150k lines of code, refactored more than 400k, contributed to 50+ internal repositories, built a lot of 0 to 1 libraries, my code still servers 10+ million daily users.
